National Fleet Safety Award
Grand Prize Winner of the highly coveted Truckload Carriers Association National Fleet Safety Award for 2005, 2006
and 2007, in the over 25 million miles category. Bison was judged a leader based on stringent safety criteria,
safety and training programs.
CTL Shipper's Choice Award
Named as Canada's Top Carrier in an independent study of major Canadian shippers in 2002, 2003, 2004, 2007, 2008
& 2009.
US EPA SmartWay Environmental Excellence Award
Won in 2009 & 2006. This award recognizes special achievements in improving fuel efficiency and reducing the environmental
impacts of freight transport.
Canada's 50 Best Managed Companies Platinum
Won for sustaining a standard of excellence and leadership in all areas of business practices. Qualified in 1994
for 50 Best, and re-qualified every year since.
OEE National Energy Efficiency Award
Won in 2004 & 1999 for achievements in improving energy efficiency and reducing greenhouse gas emissions.
SCL Outstanding Innovation Award
In 2003, won Manitoba award for outstanding technology innovations in our revolutionary Driver Skills
