Responsible for assisting all Drivers, Owner Operators and Lease Operators, ensuring their inquires are handled in a prompt and efficient manner. This will include walk-ins and direct telephone calls. They gather and compile information and data, through their daily job tasks that will provide input into the development of Driver programs and the recruitment and retention strategies. This department builds relationships with all drivers, employees, managers and customers.
