·          Develop and manage the Succession Management Program. You will coordinate the design and delivery by interacting with leaders to  identify talent.
·          Coordinate and conduct the annual Talent Assessment and Review meetings. You will collect and compile the data used to develop candidate profiles.
·          Oversee the construction of Individualized Development Plans and update quarterly.
·          Coach and guide participants and leaders; provide on-going observation, feedback, competency assessment and training.
·          Identify and organize projects and other activities to build competencies.
·          Track and report organizational metrics to determine program effectiveness.
·          Design and deliver Bison University needed to develop competencies and/or works with external vendors as needed.
·          Coach managers through the performance review process.
 
The successful candidate possesses:
 
·          Undergraduate Degree in Education, Training, Organizational Development, Business or related field.
·          3-5 years experience in organizational development and management/executive coaching as well as 1-2 years experience aligning leadership development with corporate strategy.
·          Thorough knowledge and hands-on experience in succession planning and talent development practices.
·          Proven ability to multi-task, prioritize, delegate, meet deadlines, manage multiple projects and work successfully within a fast paced performance driven culture. Must have ability to plan, develop, organize and direct programs and activities.
·          Excellent facilitation skills; superior communication skills; ability to work effectively across all levels (front line to executive).
·          Prior supervisory/management experience.

You will provide excellent customer service to all drivers and accommodate within priority schedule. You will wash tractor/trailers and make sure Wash Bay logs are completed. In addition, you will de-decal retiring trailers, recognize and report faults or malfunctions and communicate status updates with Shop Supervisors.
 
This position is subject to a modified day shift and requires Class 1 license.
 
Previous experience in a shop service related field will contribute to your success. Class 1 license is required. Class 3 license would be considered an asset.
