Bison Neighborhood Watch Program

About The Program

Through the active participation of our employees and contractors, as well as the general public, there is the opportunity to reduce crime and enhance the safety and security of all. Bison Neighbourhood Watch provides a confidential means to report:

  • Suspicious activity
  • Willful damage to equipment, cargo or property
  • Illegal activity

A reward, up to $5,000, will be paid should the information result in a conviction or results in improved safety and security measures.

If you have information that will help us, we would like to hear from you. DON'T LOOK THE OTHER WAY. Your identity will be kept confidential and there are no negative repercussions against you for making the report. All reports are taken seriously and investigated with your anonymity guaranteed.

To file a report:

  • Call toll free 1.877.833.9910 and a third party will take your report
  • Enter your tip through this website (see "Submit Confidential Tip")
  • For our employees you can submit a tip through the intranet, this website or by calling the Bison Driver's 1-800 line.
  • Email: neighbourhoodwatch@bisontransport.com

Your safety is foremost. Please do not attempt to stop the activity should there be a risk of your safety being compromised. If this is an emergency call 911 before contacting Bison.

Thank you for contributing to the safety and security at Bison.
