Just as we pride ourselves in our safety record and commitment to providing quality service, our border crossing strategy, security measures, and technological infrastructure continues to distinguish Bison as the carrier of choice.
Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT)
Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism is a joint U.S. government-business initiative to build cooperative relationships that strengthen overall supply chain and border security. C-TPAT recognizes that Customs can provide the highest level of security only through close cooperation with the ultimate owners of the supply chain, importers, carriers, brokers, warehouse operators and manufacturers. Through this initiative, they ask businesses to ensure the integrity of their security practices and communicate their security guidelines to their business partners within the supply chain. This program is similar to the Partners in Protection program that Canada Customs and Revenue Agency has implemented.
Bison Transport's SVI number is bisNor00305.
