The Maintenance Administration Coordinator is primarily responsible for providing administrative support for the Maintenance Department. Primary duties include completing PO's and preparing attached invoices, building and maintaining current vendors in the Vendor Mapping program, and billing out of Owner Operators and Third Party vendors.
