As a LTL Customer Service Assistant, you will be a key player in our highly effective Operations team. The LTL Customer Service Assistant is responsible for managing the daily activity of our LTL clients. You will be actively involved with operations, over seeing customer inquiries and relationship building.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Accurately setting up orders,
  • Monitoring all shipments,
  • Managing customer inquiries and developing relationships,
  • Administration support.

Our Ideal Candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated problem solving abilities,
  • Excellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skills,
  • Strong customer service skills,
  • Strong organization skills,
  • Knowledge of the transportation industry and North American Geography are consideredassets.
