Chicago has long been at the centre of North American freight. With major highways, rail networks and air cargo infrastructure converging in the region, it is a natural place for Bison to expand its presence.
Our Bison Brokerage Hub – Chicago brings our Sales & Solutions and Carrier Development teams together in downtown Chicago, strengthening our ability to connect customers with capacity and respond to the changing transportation market across North America.
Why Chicago?
Chicago is more than a major transportation hub—it is a place where freight, carriers and logistics expertise come together.
The region's extensive transportation network and deep talent pool make it an ideal location for building a team focused on solving complex transportation needs. From this strategic location, our team works across Bison's broader network to help customers move freight efficiently throughout Canada, the United States and Mexico.
A Growing Team, Built for North American Logistics
The Chicago office is home to a growing team of transportation professionals focused on Sales & Solutions and Carrier Development.
Our Sales & Solutions team works closely with customers to understand their transportation needs and develop solutions that fit their networks. Our Carrier Development team works with carrier partners to identify capacity and build strong relationships that help keep freight moving.
Together, these teams bring customers and carrier partners closer to the market, helping Bison respond quickly as capacity, demand and transportation conditions change.
Part of the Bison Network
The Chicago hub is an extension of Bison's broader North American network. While the team is based in downtown Chicago, its reach extends far beyond the city.
With transportation solutions spanning Canada, the U.S. and Mexico, Bison combines people, technology, equipment and carrier capacity to help customers navigate an increasingly complex supply chain.
The Chicago office adds another important connection point to that network—putting Bison people in one of North America's most important freight markets.
