Highways 11 and 17, which closed over the weekend due to poor winter driving conditions, remain shut this morning with no through travel between Manitoba and Ontario/Quebec. Across the Prairie network, LCV operations ran successfully over the weekend and cleared most of last week’s backlog, with only Calgary–Winnipeg remaining delayed by 36 loads as teams continue working to rebalance the network.
