We are pleased to report that freight backlogs have now been cleared across all Prairie LCV lanes, and the network is operating in a stable position. We are continuing to monitor weather conditions between Edmonton and Saskatoon today, where some freezing rain is forecasted and could present localized challenges. Outside of this area, conditions are favourable across the network and are expected to support consistent freight flow through the weekend.
With volumes now moving as planned, our focus shifts to clean-up efforts across the network, specifically addressing imbalances within trailer and converter dolly (CD) pools created by the recent weather disruptions. Thank you to everyone for the strong effort over the past week in navigating multiple weather events and maintaining network performance. Your support has been critical in getting us back to a stable position — and here’s hoping we see fewer weather disruptions as we move further into spring.
