Jason Dodd serves as Vice President, Logistics at Bison Transport, where he leads a multi‑national team focused on delivering consistent, high‑quality experiences for both customers and carrier partners. Over his 20‑year career with Bison, Jason has held progressive roles across dispatch, planning, fleet management, and customer service, giving him a deep, end‑to‑end understanding of transportation operations.
In 2015, Jason moved into Bison’s logistics division and assembled a high‑performing team that helped the brokerage business triple in size, establishing Bison among Canada’s largest freight brokerage companies. Building on that momentum, in 2024 he helped lead the amalgamation of Bison’s Canadian and U.S. logistics business units, forming a unified North American logistics team. The combined U.S./Canada logistics revenues now place Bison within the top 100 in North America, and the integrated structure strengthens alignment with Account Management, Sales, and Operations to support sustained growth in the brokerage portfolio.
